MB-45without thermal insulation
MB-45 is a modern aluminum system used to make architectural elements of internal and external development that do not require thermal insulation, e.g. various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manually and automatically sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, display windows, boxes cash registers, showcases, spatial structures.
The structural depth of the window sections is 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (casement), and the door is 45 mm and 45 mm respectively. Such adopted depths of the leaf and frame sections give the effect of one plane on the outside when closed – in the case of a window, and the effect of flush surfaces of sashes and frame – in the case of doors. The shape of the profiles allows for slender and durable window and door structures.
An important advantage of the MB-45 system is the possibility of bending profiles, incl. frames, sashes and lacings, which enables the execution of various types of arches and arch structures.
The tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM gaskets, which guarantee resistance to aging during many years of operation.
A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the MB-60 and MB-70 window and door systems. The versatility and attractiveness of the system is additionally increased by the possibility to choose between several variants of solutions, in the case of various construction details, e.g. bottom sealing of door leaves, sealing of sliding and swinging doors, shape of glazing beads, shape and height of door sills.
The system allows the use of glass sets with a thickness of 2 mm to 35 mm in window sashes and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door leaves.
The MB-45 system is also the basis for special solutions: MB-45D smoke-proof partitions and doors (class S30) and the so-called “Rebate” MB-45S
On the basis of the MB-45 system, it is also possible to build MB-45D smoke-tight doors in the Sa, S200 class.
