The profiles’ heat transfer coefficient of Uf=1,0 W/m2K, obtained by research situates the IDEAL 8000 system in the group of solutions of basic importance for investors interested in energy-saving construction. Achieving such results was possible thanks to increasing the depth of the profiles' construction to 85 mm, the six-chamber profile construction and a design system of three gaskets. The possibility of using energy-saving glass units up to 51 cm wide allows for the creation of windows characterized by very low thermal permeability. For example, a reference window with dimensions of 1230 x 1480 mm using a glazing unit with a coefficient of Ug=0,5 W/m2K achieves a thermal insulation coefficient of Uw=0,76 W/m2K, so that it meets the requirements for windows for so-called passive construction. The IDEAL 8000 system is a classic construction with a middle seal, which guarantees above-average properties in the area of airtightness of the structure, thermal and acoustic insulation.

The Ideal 8000 system is one of the few systems on the market with a so-called "classic middle seal". A special extruded central rebate, to which the third, inner gasket tightly adheres, ensures better tightness of the entire structure, improves thermal and acoustic properties, as well as hinders the possibility of pushing in the wings, blocking the possibility of access to the fittings.
Bonding inside - protection against the glass being pushed out
The solution recommended, and which in principle is obligatory in the case of joinery with increased resistance to burglary, is the protection of glass units from being pushed into the interior of the room. In this case, the technology of bonding the glass (bonding inside), comes with help, where thanks to the perimeter gap sealed with glue, the window permanently connects with the profile effectively preventing the pane from being pushed out of the wing.
Multifunctional - the triumph of technology
Ideal 8000 series is a multifunctional system, using MULTIFALZ technology, that is, the optional possibility of applying the technology of glued in glass. Thanks to the new geometry of the glazing groove, it is not for conventional glazing but also bonded glazing. These technologies can be used alternately or combined depending on the needs. For example, it is possible to improve the thermal properties of the structure by eliminating steel reinforcements and gluing windows, or applying to larger windows, colors, etc. It can be used for windows with steel reinforcements and with glass bonding technology.
